The Making of... "Boomin'"

Some things don’t need to be deep.

They just need to feel good.

Music has always been that for me.

Not just something to listen to but, something to experience.

Something that moves you.

Literally.

Around this time, I was listening differently. Paying attention to how things were made. The intention behind it. Not just the sounds…but direction.

Energy.

I didn’t overthink this piece.

I knew exactly what I wanted it to be.

Loud. Fun. A little exaggerated.

Something you can almost hear just by looking at it.

No heavy meaning.

Just… boomin’.

Visual Breakdown

The headphones take over.

Big. Bold. Impossible to ignore.

The beanie covers the eyes.

Not to hide but to tap in.

Like when the music gets so good you don’t need to see anything else.

The colors carry the energy.

Bright. Vibrant. Alive.

The outlines sharpen everything.

Give it that comic, almost animated feel.

And the small details?! the vibrations, the “spidey-sense” lines,

push the idea further.

You can feel the sound.
